A person's dietary needs change over time, ie it changes with age. People adapt themselves with that time. And in that eating habits or needs, people get their own healthy foods. In today's article, what should be the normal healthy foods of a person?

What does healthy eating mean for me?

What healthy eating means to me I've come to understand in different ways over the last few years, and whether it's worth it has changed. This meant I was satisfied with the nutrients I was getting in my daily meals.
Suddenly, I became interested in complex carbohydrates and plant-based proteins — from rice and beans. I am cursed with a nutritionist. And when I learned the importance of protein and healthy eating, my dietary guidelines varied.
Nutritionist advice made me think that eating healthy meant measuring my food to know exactly what I was eating. I will eat whatever I want, as long as I don't get the nutrients I need.
I have eaten a lot of food in my mouth, I have eaten many types of food but never thought about healthy food. As a result, my healthy foods are depleted of nutrients.
Our daily meals should be such that they are enjoyable and healthy foods that nourish our body.
Now I understand what healthy food is, so I adopt a special approach to daily meals, foods that I will enjoy and also provide nutrition.
I am very flexible with my diet, and I understand that balance is the key to being healthy and happy with food.
We should remember, we can eat a little of everything — including sweets, fast food and desserts — but only in quantity and in moderation. No matter how delicious the food, overeating has side effects
At different stages of my life the variety of food has changed it is up to my taste. But the food changes should be nutritious and healthy.
Until you can feed your body with nutritious food. Until then, no food is healthy for you. Because healthy food is essential for everyone.

3 Things You Can Do That I Do

One thing you may have noticed from the above mentioned is that my daily food is made from the taste of my mouth. Healthy food is a choice that should be eaten even if it is not on my wish list.
That's why I now give food the most importance when I eat. I do three things every day to eat healthy food, which I am sharing with you now.

Food preparation

Every day I prepare the food list with which food I will call in advance and complete this preparation by determining the protein of the food.
One suggestion I have for meal-prep is - usually chicken or another lean meat, vegetables that we don't freeze for more than a week. I avoid foods that make me uncomfortable or that make me feel bored. I prepare some other food as an alternative.
Eating fruits along with meals:
Apart from daily food you can eat some fruits and vegetables. Different fruits contain different vitamins so it is necessary to categorize the consumption of fruits. So what you can do is keep your fruits or fruit basket on the table and keep sweet foods like curd, sweets away.
Follow a routine:
By following the weekly food list, our healthy foods are regularly entering our body and our daily vitamin needs are being fulfilled.

Keep nutritious fruits close at hand

Sometimes our fruits are hidden from our eyes and they are not eaten anymore. Therefore, the fruits should be kept near the bedroom or on the dining table, so that when the fruits fall in front of our eyes, we will want to eat them.
Every day I implement principles so I eat fruits regularly. And the prepared needs of daily life are met.

Follow a routine

Even though my daily diet is not bound by routine, I try to follow the rules, but I am aware of healthy food, so I know very well what foods to eat on a daily basis.
 For example: The foods I always eat in the morning are- Eggs, peanuts, butter, bananas, and fruits.

The meal list for other times of the day is prescribed by me. Since I know in detail what foods I should eat according to my age, I always keep those foods with me and try to eat them from time to time. You can also plan your meal plan through a routine that will meet your daily nutritional needs.
