Caring for a newborn is not an easy task. It is very challenging for every mother. After the birth of the child, special attention should be paid to his physical care. They have to be kept away from adverse environment, i.e. cold and heat, as well as they have to pay attention to food to make them healthy. From birth to 6 months there is no substitute for mother's breast milk. Because up to six months, the baby gets all the nutrients it needs from its mother's breast milk. After six months, the baby has to pay attention to additional food, especially for the physical growth and health of the baby, mother's breast milk should be fed along with other foods. As a mother, everyone is worried about the nutrition in the body of the children.
Because physical development and immunity increases through proper nutritious food, in today's article I will mention some nutritious foods, which helps to increase the physical growth of 1 to 5 year old child and provides necessary nutrients.

1. Feed the baby dry fruits, nuts and seeds.

Children need multiple vitamins and minerals for physical growth. These minerals and vitamins are very necessary for the physical growth of the child, maintaining weight, improving memory and stimulating the body's hormones. That is why children should have plenty of dry fruits, nuts and seeds in their diet. These foods provide nutrients to the body as well as increase energy in the body. Also these foods boost immunity. Consuming dry fruits, nuts and seeds provides nutrients, builds red blood cells and maintains oxygen levels in the blood.
What to feed the children?
 Walnuts, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, bold nuts, peanuts, cashew nuts.

2. Feed the baby fibrous grains.

Grains are rich in fiber, which helps children keep their weight under control by keeping their digestive system healthy. Many times children are obese at a young age, so fiber-rich grains should be fed at this time. Because fiber-rich grains help reduce obesity. In addition, the grain also removes stomach problems, constipation and hemorrhoids in children. Increases immunity and makes the child healthy. So care should be taken that grains are not left out of children's food list.
Some of the fiber-rich grains are wheat, brown rice, millet, quinoa, etc.

3. Green vegetables and fruits.

All types of green vegetables and fruits contain a lot of calcium. Therefore, children should eat enough fruits and vegetables regularly. Iron deficiency causes anemia in children. For this reason, every day the child should be fed green vegetables and fruit juice including malabar spinach, Green plantain , green leafy greens,  red leafy greens, grapes .children should eat plenty of vegetables and fresh fruits in addition to sea fish to eliminate the lack of iodine in the body.

4. Feed the baby some amount of honey every day

Honey helps to boost immunity. So don't forget to feed children a spoonful of honey every day. Because it contains anti-bacterial ingredients. It helps in boosting the immune system. It is also able to clear allergens from children's sinuses.

5.Milk and milk products.

Milk and dairy products increase bone density in children
Therefore, include milk and milk products in the diet of children. Calcium in dairy products strengthens bones and improves vision.
When the child is three to four to five years old, some amount of milk should be given daily along with other foods. If the baby does not want to eat milk or milk products directly, then different foods should be prepared with milk
